1. Controller
Finans & Lån (finansoglan.no) is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us via the contact form if you have privacy questions.
2. Calculators
The loan calculators run locally in your browser. Numbers you enter are not stored by us, are not sent to a server, and disappear when you close or refresh the page.
3. Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email and message to reply. The form is delivered via Web3Forms. Do not include sensitive banking or personal details in the message.
4. Analytics (GoatCounter)
We use GoatCounter for anonymous page-view statistics. GoatCounter does not collect personal data, does not use tracking cookies, and does not require consent under the GDPR. Analytics loads without a consent banner.
5. Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted on Netlify. The provider may process technical logs (for example IP address, browser type and timestamp) needed for operation and security.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you (for example from the contact form), within legal limits. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are published on this page with an updated date.
